We are currently experiencing an issue with our report generation. This means that clients have not yet received daily report files to the SFTP directory today.
This has been escalated as top priority to our BI and SiteOps team and a fix should be implemented shortly. Unfortunately, reports will keep being affected between today and 21/07/2019. The predicted ETA of the report delivery from today till Sunday is to be uploaded in BRICK on Monday 22nd July.
Kindly also note that due to this issue, both the Funding account and Card History screens via the business console will also be unavailable. The last updated data in the Business Console was at 18 Jul 2019 23:42 GMT.
We apologise for any inconvenience this causes for your reconciliation processes and can assure you that this matter is being treated as a critical priority.
